Due to all our items being handmade and customized per order we don’t have a cancellation policy. *No refund will be issued unless the items we made were sent in a bad condition. If this is the case you are responsible to send it back to us within 7 working days after you signed for the parcel. We will then have a look and see if the item was sent in a bad condition or if the couriers transportation was the cause of the damage.
*In the case of the courier damaging your items you would need to submit a claim to them directly. If the case was us sending you an item that was poorly made we will resend you a new item. *We take no responsibility for damaged goods due to couriers negligence. We ensure all items are packaged sufficiently with bubble wrapped and all items are packaged in brand new boxes. *Should you want your parcels insured you can choose the option for full coverage which is an additional charge of 2% of the value of your order for your cost. *Should you not want to pay an extra charge for full insurance, each waybill is covered for R1000 ONLY if items are damaged due to the couriers negligence. *Please note that all orders take 10 to 15 working days to process, its then shipped to your address with the courier which takes an additional 3 to 5 working days depending on where you are situated.


Due too all items being customized we don’t offer a refund for anything. Should you get your item in poor condition, not due to courier damages we require you to send us the items back with in 7 days off signing for the parcel, we will have a look at the item to see if it was in fact poor quality or if it was damage due to courier mishandling. If the item was made poorly we will give you the option of a new item or a refund which will be done within 7 to 10 working days. Should the item have been damaged by the courier you will need to put in a claim directly with them. We suggest that you send us some photos before you sent it back for us to see whether it was made poorly or if in fact it was due to the couriers negligence that your item looks that way.

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at {hello@bloomingessentials.co.za} and send your item to: {Tolbos farm, Elim Road, Napier, 7270}.


Shipping returns

To return your product, you should mail your product to: {Tolbos farm, Elim Road, Napier, 7270}. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary. If you are returning more expensive items, you may consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.


Payment via Payflex and Payjustnow

We will not issue any cancellation or refund via payflex or payjustnow. Should a refund be issues  it will be based on the above terms stated in  REFUNDS.
